We stayed one night in our Campervan and could use all the facilities. It‘s a modern, clean and tidy hostel with a familiar atmosphere. Only the kitchen could be a bit better equipped (Maybe more dishes and spices to use) I‘d highly recommend this hostel for all backpackers searching good vibes! :)

I absolutely love this place! The amenities are clean and the place has an incredible vibe. The staff are super nice and friendly too! Their dog Henry is great and the bar is also a nice touch. I live visiting this place. I reccomend to everyone! The best hostel I have ever stayed in!

"capsule" bunk beds are very comfy and provide more privacy than classic bunk beds. Kitchen is clean and well organised. Location is 2 mins walk from the beach. Always full of amazing people including staff. Best hostel in Australia I've been to.

Hands down, the best backpackers I’ve been to in Australia. Everyone is so welcoming. The staff are amazing and always there when you need help. Couldn’t recommend this hostel enough. If you’re a backpacker looking for farm work for your 88 days or just wanting to visit the area, this is your hostel. Thank you woopi backpackers!

Why not? It’s my second home in the world.( Actually it’s almost first home) I got a lot of experience which is good, exiting and crazy. The owner is the one of best person who I’ve met. He is so friendly, kindly, gently(even when I made nasty things on the couch) and sometimes strictly(when I was wrong). He is a friend, brother and dad!! The rooms are not big. But it made me easy to make a good friend. The bed is the best one. It’s so comfortable and has privacy. A lot of people who stay there talk, drink and chill in outside. Sometimes it’s a bit loudly but I think this is Woopibackpackers and I love it. There are main beach just for 1 min from there on foot and back beach for 5 min on foot. It’s for surfing, snorkeling, swimming and hang out with friends. You can do whatever you want. There is a bar called Sam’s place. If you don’t have any alcohol, drink there!! You can play free pool. I’ve played it everyday with my friend. Finally there is a dog who is lovely and crazy. His name is Henry. When you have food, you need to be careful. Because he will put his face on your knee with really cute eyes to get some food. Don’t feed him please for him.

Fantastic place for people of any age to stay. Modern industrial decor, great communal spaces. Well run by Sam and his team, their hospitality couldn't have been better. We felt like part of the place on the first day. Fantastic and well thought out extras. 2 mins to the beach and literally accross the road from the best places in town to eat. Sam is a passionate local and a welcoming host. Definitely worth a try if you are going up or down the East Coast.

I could miss a thousand sun rises and a thousand sunsets, just to spend my weekend here. The best staff, The best guests, The best location. This is not your normal hostel, this is a culture, where many tribes meet under one roof and share their tales from many different shores. An impenetrable fortress of personality and charm, if this place could speak, I don’t think I would be worthy to hear its sweet words. But really, 5 Stars. this place has been one of the best I have stayed in all my travels.

One of the best hostels I've been in Australia... Very good kitchen with an oven, an amazing rain shower, enough space to store your clothes and a hostel dog that you could take for a walk. To top this off, you have free parking and an incredible private spacious cabin that is light proof and has enough electricity plugs... Literally the perfect hostel if you ask me!

Living in the hostel for almost a year. A place to call home. The facilities, the beach 2 minutes away and the atmosphere are unbeatable. Sam, the owner, Bec and Emily became family. I always come back and it always remains home. Thank you always Woopi!
